We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Youth Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care, support, and supervision to children and youth within our program. Your primary responsibility will be to help meet the basic needs of the youth, build meaningful relationships, and oversee daily activities in a structured and safe environment. As a Child and Youth Care Worker, you will support youth in achieving personal goals, assist in life skills development, and work closely with other staff and management to deliver high-quality, client-centered services.
